The available alterations for a gown depend on the style, fabric and embellishments. Before you place the order, please discuss all your alteration options with your consultant.
Can I buy extra fabric?
Yes, extra fabric can be ordered for a fee. Please contact your consultant for the pricing.
How long will it take to receive dresses?
Due to the specialized design and manufacturing process involved in producing our gowns, standard delivery timelines can vary from one month to two months, depending on each collection.
Can I become your exclusive agency in my area?
To get the exclusivity in your area, you have to meet our sales requirements. Please inquiry with our customer service for more information.
Do you sell your dresses to any brides?
No, we sell dresses only to our authorized retailers.
Do you do drop-shipping? As I might send the dress directly to my client.
Yes, we do. When you place the order, you just need to fill in your client’s address.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We don’t have any MOQ requirement, you can get the retailer price even for only one dress.
Can the dresses be made in custom measurements?
Yes, both standard sizes and custom measurements are available.
How is your dress quality?
We collaborate with top-notch bridal manufacturers who always provide high-quality dresses. All of our dresses are checked twice before shipping. Rest assured, we prioritize delivering products that meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations.
What is your price range?
Our pricing of bridal gowns ranges from $120 to $400, offering a variety of options to suit your clients’ needs. Through our collaborations with multiple bridal manufacturers, we are able to provide a wide range of price points and styles for you to choose from. We strive to offer competitive and affordable pricing without compromising on the quality and design of our products.
Do you have private label service?
Yes, that’s what we mainly do, because we know that more and more bridal shops want to carry their own lines or use their own labels to avoid malicious competition including price cutting. We sell our dresses with the replaceable labels, so you can keep as is or change to your own labels.
